Recently I’ve been ordering some new t-shirt designs (which will be here soon in 2-3 weeks, eep!). While I was working out one of the designs I was thinking about the theme “If dinosaurs didn’t die out”, and drew this skateboarding dinosaur, with the caption Dinosaurs on Wheels. Sadly it didn’t make it as one of the final t-shirt designs, but it was definitely in the shortlist! And dinosaurs are always fun to draw.
The colouring’s a bit different from my usual drawings, with the outlines in purple and a softer colour scheme, but it was fun to experiment with different coloured outlines. I was designing for screenprint so it’s flat, very limited colour with no shading at all.
