I was shortlisted for Business Entrepreneur of the Year in the Coventry Telegraph Business Awards 2017. The awards ceremony was at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry – I didn’t win the award, but I did make it to the top 3 finalists!

The awards ceremony was hosted by comedian Marc Dolan and Olympic badminton player Gail Emms.
The winner of Business Entrepreneur of the Year was a company with 1000 employees – on a whole different scale from Cakes with Faces!
I’m happy to have made it to the top 3 finalists, and proud to represent the creative industry and small businesses. I’m pretty sure Cakes with Faces was the smallest business there (it’s just me!) and it’s very different to a lot of the manufacturing and sales companies shortlisted in all the categories.
